Pendant- Antonio Bernardo
Purse- Jas MB

I am slightly obsessed with this outfit. It’s bright & just too much fun. I found the black, lace skirt first. It goes with the figure on the right’s top & the orange top reminds me of the shirt she’s wearing underneath. The orange purse goes with the figure on the left’s top. I love the different shades of orange together. The shoes are a perfect match for the fabric tablecloth & they’re my favorite find for the entire outfit. The headband reminds me of what all the figures are wearing & the chess piece charm necklace is practically mandatory.

This Mondarian dress by Llum is so cute. Sorry, ladies, it’s only made for little girls. It’s available from Lollie for $55. Go buy it for your daughter, niece, or any other little girl who isn’t afraid to stand out.

My main inspiration for this outfit was the figure’s coat. I love the bright color & it’s obviously the highlight of the painting. The next element I wanted to add was the beautiful teal that’s in the sky. I did that by adding the blue in both the purse & in the earrings. The tree earrings really bring the whole outfit together & they really drive the connection to the painting home.

I think this dress goes perfectly with this painting. The colors are almost exact and the purple really connects the outfit to the art. My favorite element of this outfit is the necklace because the points of it really remind me of the tower and buildings in the painting. It’s such a nice link.

This dress could not match Paul Klee’s piece any better. It’s just perfect. Not only are the colors wonderful, but I love the cut. The bracelet also goes really well with the dress & painting. I was especially interested in the yellow moon in the piece, so I added the yellow heels & round, crystal earrings. I love the yellow & purple together! They are complements afterall. The pink purse was the last piece I added. It’s square like the blocks in the painting & is simple enough to not take away from the rest of the look.

This outfit was probably the fastest one I’ve ever made. It really just fell together as soon as I found the dress. I stumbled upon it & instantly thought of Kline. I love the gray accessories & the jewelry couldn’t match better.

This dress could not have been more perfect. It’s modern, but it definitely looks at home with this classic piece of artwork. I paired it with the white scarf to tie in the figure’s toga. The jewelry is gold leaves to go with the foliage in the painting. My favorite part of this outfit is by far the wine colored heels. Clever, right?

When I made this outfit I was thinking about what I’d like to wear if I were visiting this lighthouse. I would want to wear a flowy dress like this one from Net-A-Porter. The blue of the dress is a tad different than the sky, but I think it works. The overall outfit definitely has a nautical theme with the braided detail in the shoes & the chain-like necklace. I love the red that I pulled out of the lighthouse for the necklace.

I just love this outfit & the artwork that inspired it. It’s feminine, simple & would be so fun to wear. The top was the first piece I found & it’s a perfect match. It even has a butterfly that’s hidden quite like the one in the painting. The brown shorts match the table the flowers are on & the green shoes are an obvious choice to go with the leaves & stems. There’s nothing more fun than wearing shorts & flats though. Let’s be honest. The accessories were so much fun to play with. I chose the ring & butterfly earrings to add a little flash & the purse to go with the giant peony in the front.

This is one of the first outfits that I created, but it’s still one of my favorites. I think the dress goes so well with the painting because of both the color & the calm feeling they both seem to have. I love teal & orange together, especially with that pink. My favorite part is the earrings & the connection they have to the leaves in the art.
